1. Traditional High School
• Description: Attend and graduate from a public, private, or charter high school by completing all state-required coursework and passing standardized tests (if required).
• Requirements:
• Complete a set number of credits in core subjects (e.g., math, science, English, history).
• Meet attendance requirements.
• Pass any required state exams or assessments (varies by state).
2. Homeschooling
• Description: Parents or guardians educate the student at home, following state homeschooling laws.
• Requirements:
• File a notice of intent to homeschool with the local school district or state education department (if required by the state).
• Complete the curriculum required by the state.
• Maintain records of the student’s education.
• Submit standardized test scores or evaluations (if required).
